Chicken Chipotle Tacos

Microwave garlic cloves for 15 seconds to peel the skin easily

· 1 chicken breast cut into cubes
· 2 chopped tomatoes
· 5 guajillo chilies
· ½ cup chicken broth.
· 1 onion, chopped
· 1 garlic clove chopped
· 3 Chiles Adobados San Marcos
· 1 Rajas Rojas San Marcos can
· Oil to taste
· Salt to taste
· ½ kg tortillas
· Chopped coriander to taste


1. In a skillet, saute the tomatoes, 1/2 the onion and the garlic. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt.
2. Cover the skillet until the chicken is evenly cooked. Change to low heat and add the Chiles Chipotles San Marcos and the chicken broth.
3. Rectify seasoning.
4. Serve on tortillas and add coriander, onion and Rajas Rojas San Marcos to taste.
